This is oh so very powerful. I love the honesty, the open mindedness and the forum for discussion. “We put on blinders” she said and that is so true. We have ALL done it and do it. I love the notion of exposing people to tasty V foods, while having an honest conversation and then letting people come to their own conclusions in their own time. It’s a seed that needs to get planted. Can’t force it or it won’t stick. It’s similar in approach to what the Cube does. Really smart and effective. I would love to host such a group and make V foods and have such a discussion. Maybe I will!
